These Terms of Service govern your use of ProcuraPilot ("Service"), operated by ProcuraPilot ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these terms.
ProcuraPilot provides an AI-powered procurement document processing service. We process supplier RFQs, generate comparison reports, and draft vendor communications on behalf of our customers.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $199 per month per company. Payment is processed through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
We offer a free trial on your first RFQ submission. If the output is not useful to you, you will not be charged. This determination is made at our discretion in good faith.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful procurement activities. You may not:
Documents you submit are used solely to generate your requested outputs. We do not share your procurement data with third parties. Documents are deleted from our systems within 30 days of processing.
ProcuraPilot outputs are advisory in nature. Final procurement decisions remain your responsibility. We are not liable for decisions made based on our outputs. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance.
