Refund Policy

Our guarantee: if your first RFQ output is not useful to you, you pay nothing. No questions asked.

Free first output guarantee

Every new customer receives their first RFQ analysis completely free. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the output, simply let us know and you will not be charged. This guarantee applies to your first submission only.

Monthly subscription refunds

After your free first output, ProcuraPilot operates on a monthly subscription basis. Our refund policy is as follows:

Service quality issues

If an output we deliver contains significant errors or fails to process your documents correctly, we will either re-process your documents at no additional charge or provide a full refund for that month's subscription. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the output.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@procurapilot.com. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining days after cancellation.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email hello@procurapilot.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We process all refund requests within 5 business days.
